NON-VEGETARIAN FOOD

In this world there can’t be even a single man without tasting the non-vegetarian food. Let us discuss the effect of non-vegetarian food on human health. It includes chicken, mutton, fish, pork, beef, etc. we love to eat these items because they are delicious and spicy. But it has some negative effects on our health. Generally meat consists of more oil content. It increases the cholesterol content of our body. This leads to heart attack, high and low blood pressure. One of the researches says that the IQ of a child eating non-vegetarian food is less compared to the child eating vegetarian food. But meat gives you the more strength. It gives the perfect shape to your body. Some says that non-vegetarians are rough in nature compared to vegetarians. These are the own imagination. Also, it is proved that life time of the non-vegetarians is appreciably low compared to the vegetarians. Meat makes you feel lazy because of the fat content present in it. Among the non-vegetarian dishes fish is the most useful dish. It is good for eye and health. Since it is a sea product, it is available in tins. Therefore, whether it is vegetarian or non-vegetarian food eat the dishes that are good for the health.
