Tuberculosis commonly known as TB is a transmittable disease. It usually affects the lungs. It is a bacterial disease caused by mycobacterium bacillus. The common symptoms are excessive cough, night sweet, sudden weight loss, etc. It is transmitted by droplets, when the patient coughs, sneezes, spit in the public places. The precautionary step is to keep ourselves away from them. Use masks while having conversations with them. Always take care of yourselves. Take medicines whenever you feel uncomfortable with your health. Before 20 years TB is considered as a dangerous disease. But now after the invention of vaccines it is like a normal flu. The patients should be given proper medical care. People having TB should drink only hot water. They should avoid using cold items like ice cream which may cause ordinary flu. This further leads to TB. Also have healthy food which gives resistance against other diseases. Fruits like apple, pomegranate, grapes, provides you the necessary energy for the day to day life. Please avoid junk foods that are prepared in the road side shops. Always do soap wash, when you return home finishing your daily activities. This helps to keep the germs away from you. Keep the environment clean to have a healthy life.
